What you can send
A typed question
A photo or screenshot
A PDF or text file
Up to three attachments with a question, 10 MB each, kept only while the page is open. It answers from the lesson and says so when a question goes beyond it; it gives method and hints first, not the homework; it has no voice or video input.

Study help that stays on the lesson
BICE answers from the lesson you choose and shows where the answer came from. When a question goes beyond the lesson, it says so instead of guessing.
Learning tools come with any grade you hold, bought or on the free 7-day trial, for as long as that access runs.
